- ITINÉRAIRE DE L'ACTIVITÉ : Départ : Les Pars (foyer ski de fond) (1410 m) - Albertville->Moûtiers-> Aime->la Côte d'Aime puis à la Bergerie tourner à gauche. Suivre la route jusqu'au foyer de ski de fond. Chausser en général au foyer (route barrée)

- MATÉRIEL : Carte CAF, vêtements pour activité extérieure, fourrure polaire, coupe-vent, casquette, lunettes de soleil, crème solaire, appareil photos. SANS OUBLIER : DVA, sonde, pelle (CRAMPONS/PIOLETS) qui peuvent être prêtés par le CAF contre participation aux frais.
